Tarrant County College- Arlington, Texas: First Choice Program (Transitional Skills Program)
The First Choice Program is a Tarrant County College initiative, which has been in operation since 1997. The goal for the young adults is to be given the opportunity to improve on their quality of life by enhancing their work readiness skills, daily living skills, academic skills, and social initiation skills.
