Utah Down Syndrome Foundation
The Utah Down Syndrome Foundation supports people with Down syndrome and their families across the life span, from prenatal and new parent outreach through school age, teen, and adult programs. It offers a First Call of Hope new and expectant parent program, community groups, guidance on IEPs and transition plans, hospital meals, and information for medical providers.
