Blue Ridge Independent Living Center INC
A non-residential community agency in Roanoke, established in 1989, that assists people with disabilities to live independently and works to make the community accessible to all. Services include advocacy, independent living skills training, peer mentoring, transition services, information and referral, and equipment. A majority of its board members are people with disabilities.
