Independence Empowerment Center
Independence Empowerment Center is a nonprofit, non-residential Center for Independent Living serving people with disabilities in Prince William and Fauquier Counties and the cities of Woodbridge, Manassas and Manassas Park. Founded in 1999, it encourages, supports and provides options to people with disabilities, and promotes disability rights, equal access and full community participation.
