ARC of Central Virginia
The Arc of Central Virginia serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and the community in Planning District XI, based in Lynchburg. For more than 60 years it has worked to protect the rights of people with disabilities and to remove the attitudinal, policy and service system barriers that keep them from choosing where they live and work, and people can apply for its programs and services directly.
