Foundation of the ARC of Northern Virginia
The Foundation of The Arc of Northern Virginia runs a pooled Special Needs Trust program for people with disabilities and their families in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Its staff helps families establish and access trust sub-accounts and administers more than $70 million in trust funds so money stays available to beneficiaries with disabilities. It has operated the program since 1997.
