Vermont Center for Independent Living Vcil
The Vermont Center for Independent Living is a statewide center for independent living run by and for people with disabilities. It works with Vermonters with disabilities and Deaf Vermonters to remove physical, communication and attitudinal barriers so they can live in their own homes, take part in their communities and make their own decisions.
