Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging
The Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging supports people age 60 and older and people with disabilities in staying active, healthy, financially secure and in control of their own lives, connecting them with services so they can live independently. Its services include food resources, rides, the State Health Insurance Program, care and support at home, caregiver support, wellness programs and the Pets4Life program. It operates a help line and an online referral form.
