ARC of Whatcom County
The Arc of Whatcom County works to improve quality of life, increase independence and assure community inclusion for people with developmental disabilities in Bellingham and Whatcom County. Programs include a Parent Coalition, Parent to Parent and Padres a Padres en Espanol, self advocacy, Down syndrome outreach, workshops and trainings, and legislative advocacy.
