Max Higbee Center provides inclusive recreation programs in Whatcom County for teens and adults with developmental disabilities. Group programs, a recreation mentor service, and a community engagement service help participants build friendships, life skills, and health. The organization was founded by educators and families of people with developmental disabilities.
