Project Hope serves adults with and without disabilities in the Milwaukee area, offering housing as an alternative to nursing home placement and options for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. It operates a certified one to two bed adult family home, single room occupancy housing and supportive home care, including personal care, supervision, behavior and social supports and daily living skills training.
