CP, formerly Cerebral Palsy Inc., serves people of all abilities in northeast Wisconsin. Services include adult day services in Green Bay, the Fox Cities and the Lakeshore, an aquatic center with group and private swim lessons, aquatic physical therapy and adult water exercise, early education and care, and occupational, physical and speech therapy. It also publishes transition information for people leaving school.
