Kenosha Human Development Services provides community based care in the greater Kenosha area in the least restrictive manner possible. Its programs include a Community Support Program, the Children's Long Term Support waiver, crisis intervention services, independent living and regional aftercare, the Bridges Community Center, Kauffman House, the KARE Center and the Sunrise Clinic. It also operates court services programs and homeless assistance services.
