The Association for the Rights of Citizens with Handicaps, known as ARCh, serves children and adults with disabilities and their families in the Waukesha area. Programs include Teen Time, the GAINS summer program, the Strong Girls Club, a transition workshop, art adventure and dance events, along with a youth team, presentations and resources for parents and teachers.
