The ARC of the Mid Ohio Valley INC
The Arc of the Mid Ohio Valley has served children and adults with developmental disabilities for 70 years through programs that help them live, learn, work and take part in their communities. It hosts People First WV self advocacy chapters, operates the WV Birth to Three early intervention program in its region, and runs the Della Lyons Artistic Center, a Summer Day program, assistive technology, emergency preparedness and the Secret Christmas project.
