West Virginia Statewide Independent Living Council INC
The West Virginia Statewide Independent Living Council works with the state's centers for independent living and the WV Division of Rehabilitation Services so that West Virginians with disabilities can reach their independent living goals. It writes the State Plan for Independent Living and administers the RYPAS personal assistance services program, and it maintains committees including a youth committee.
