Children's Therapy Clinic is a nonprofit in Charleston that provides speech, occupational, physical and music therapy along with social skills groups to children from birth to 18 who have disabilities. Clients come with diagnoses including autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, neurological impairments and developmental delays. Services are offered on an income-based sliding scale fee, and the clinic states it does not turn away a child because parents cannot pay.
