Northwest Community Action Programs of Wyoming INC
Northwest Community Action Programs of Wyoming, known as NOWCAP, provides assistance to people with developmental disabilities and to people who are economically disadvantaged, and has served the state since 1965. It runs NOWCAP Services, its program for people with developmental disabilities, alongside HUD subsidized housing, community service block grants and a black lung and respiratory diseases clinic.
